It's an app for phones which allows you to use the forum a little more efficiently.. On Scotvag atleast, it signs off with "this post was made using tapatalk" or something!

We've not got it installed. It's probably on the list of things to do when/if the update gets finished.

Can't see why you'd need it anyway, the site works spot on on my phone and it's only a basic one.

I just find it easier to navigate forums on my phone basically and constantly logged in then also and not have to open safari all the time etc

I don't understand the need either.

My phone keeps showing up other forums as tapatalk ones but I've never had an issue with just viewing them.

Maybe the problem only afflicts those with Iphones/Ipads because the forum displays fine on my Ipod too.

Bookmark it to your homescreen, trust me saves opening safari all the time, pretty much makes it an app itself here's mine:

Ain't the site that's the problem then, you just need a decent phone, it's spot on on mine! Navigations just the same as on a PC and sending a post or a PM's no harder than typing a text.

Sounds about right, although, if you can install tapatalk on your phone, it should be good enough to view a forum

i used to browse it on my nokia C3, and that's not even a smart phone!

Edit: i've got an iPhone 4S and have never had an issue using the forum
