I'm after the reverse gears out of a 085 box think it's got to be a box off a 16 v . So if any one has a broken box except reverse lol cheep as possible plz

Got a 4 speed you can have for £20 in sheffield

Not shure if the gears will be the same size off a 4 speed iyl have a look into it .

I stripped an '88 4 speed gearbox early on this year and the reverse gear was the same as the one on box I was rebuilding which was an 8p (5 speed). I also have a spare reverse gear, the other half of the reverse gear is part of one of the synchro mechanism.

Iyl add a pic when I get chance if you think they are the same I'd be interested !
