Rare car with one owner that's largely complete? Just because you can't repair it doesn't mean someone else can't. Well worth selling whole.

i'd take that on, already have 2 fastbacks but

i've always preferred the square.

I know what your all sayin guys it is a massive shame but i cant explain how bad the body is, the engine has fell out onto the ground, the engione bay has dissitagrated and the mountings are no longer there, the sill and heater channels have rotted off, all 4 corners where the body meets the floor have huge holes in them, the inner front wings and shot and every body panel apart from the roof is really bad so its bassically most parts are salvagable apart from the body and i would rather break it and help people keep theres on the road then scrap it too...

People will / can still repair that mate all be it with a massive of new metal massive shame to break things like this... one of my personal pet hates...

Try selling it first then if it doesn't sell break it, i have to say it doesn't look as bad as it could be, or atleast not as bad as ours.

We've got a 73 fastback awaiting restoration, all my pics are on my old laptop, but the wings, bumpers, valances and the engine have all dropped off due to rust

These are like a beetle though anyway? So you can separate the body from the chassis meaning it'd be easier to repair/replace parts.

yeah i know i hate to break it too but i would be stupid to sell the car for £300 with everything when I've got at least £800 in parts for it and I'm helping other people keep theres on the road too... i wish i had the coin to restore it myself
