Looking for a gt ecu as my car packed up yesterday :(

What makes you think its the ECU? or is it something blatantly obvious

Well it's got everything that it needs to run but it just won't start ! I've checked all the obvious things and it all seems fine. It's been playing up for about a month now on cold mornings it will start ill get half way to work and then it will just cut out and won't restart until I unplug the ecu with the ignition on and then plug it back in then it starts ! Then yesterday morning it did the same thing but now it won't start atall

Unplugging it will reset the codes though, same idea as taking the battery off!

Get the codes read first! I'm putting money on a sensor!

Yeh it might well be a sensor but I can't figure out which one. Also I can't read the codes because the car hasn't got a obd socket

you need a 2x2 adapter for early polos
