Spotlampped.....

I don't think debadged grill look good on the mk3, id stay stock but have the polo in the bottom left.

Deffo liking the polo in the slats , yer bottom left . What you mean spotlampped ?

The first

1st or 3rd - they both look good.

Whatever you do don't use that POLO badge, and if you really want the writing on your grill, find a different one.

Personally hate debadged grilles on MK3's. I like it best with just the VW badge. Or spot lamped :-D. Fit a Hella or Votex Grille, with lamps built in.

I think debadged looks shit unless u have clear indicators

I do like the MK3 Votex grill, but I'd say stock myself. Maybe with the Polo badge bottom left like Cymro said.

I kept orange covers as they look good against the oak green colour , the badge would look better with the surrounds of the word polo being black

Looks good , tad like a corado too . The thin bumper looks good

Any one have pics of these grills with lamps ?

First world problems..

For the record, picture three. Or two, with the badge entirely satin black.

The Skoda, they were so crap. Quirky and interesting now (doesn't look like the engine is in the back, or that it has an iron head on an ally block, or that it's the only car in history with a bonnet that opens sideways..) but when there were thousands of the things everywhere it was terrible - i knew someone who bought one new, the dashboard caught fire, she phoned Skoda and said she was in London.. They said 'what are you doing in London?' like she shouldn't have driven so far..

was waiting for your opinion mikey, i thought satin black for the polo, but black edging I'm thinking too. and skodas were pants back in the day, but not so much now i guess. i do like the look of that skoda in the pic, just the thin bumpers and the fact it is shaped like a mk3 from the back.

Gives me an excuse to show off haha. (Please excuse the giant air filter, thats gives me an extra 15bhp)

This is the Votex version, the Hella grilles have square lights.

I can't say I'm feeling the lamps in grills , I do though want the square lamps in the blanked off partitions at the base of the bumper
