I just used the supplied brakets and drilled through the bumper, they are very similar to the ones you have. They are wired up to a relay

One wire goes to the battery live

One wire goes to a ground

One wire taps off the existing main beam

One wire goes to both the lamps

Hmmm I don't have brackets , don't suppose you have a link to were I can get them ?
