1999 AGU 1.8T Golf GTi

Featured Replies

I'm not ashamed to admit the mileage on the car as 184k and I would love to keep it to witness the mileage it lasts to. Reason being, I know it has been a well looked after engine by myself and previous owner which you are more than welcome to see for yourself, runs exceptionally well. No smoke at all.

Previous owner was a mechanic in Southampton, who carried out the essential maintenance including cambelt, aux belt and waterpump (proof available). I bought the car as a temporary replacement on the 28/05/2012 after my Polo was written off due to the third party driving into the back of me. I can vow this is a really good 'get in and drive' without no fussing about.

I actually quite like this, and although it has more miles than my daily mk2 GTI, I'm not worried. Don'y fancy this plus a bit of cash your way?

As I said I'm more proud of the mileage than anything, I would of love to kept it to see how far it goes to because it has plenty plenty plenty of life yet. Runs sooooo well!

I'm afraid, only if it was 3dr I would consider.. Sorry
