VW Polo MK2 - Fuel Tank (Virtually New) - NOW SOLD

Featured Replies

Afternoon all,

Here for sale is a virtually brand new, OEM fuel tank, which was removed from a VW Polo MK2 Fox (Breadvan). The tank had been purchased new and fitted for under a week before being removed from the car.

As per the photos, there is no damage whatsoever and is a perfect replacement for the original tanks, which has a tendency to corrode.

Any questions and inspection welcomed.

Note: I am also selling an engine separately.

£SOLD.

I'm unable to offer delivery / courier service as I've broken my leg and can't really make the necessary arrangements at the moment.

Many thanks,

J.

Hi there, will this fit a mk2f?

thanks

No. The mk2f needs a lift pump

No. The mk2f needs a lift pump

which aint part of the tank so it can

be used in a mk3 for carb or injection use.

Thank you for the input there chaps, much appreciated.

As the pump isn't integrated, does that mean the tank would be compatible with the MK2F, as per BikerJim's question?

Thanks again...

Yes please, could you tell me if it will work with a MK2f with 1.3 aav engine. Am I able to swap all my fuel tank bits onto it, just using the tank itself?

Thanks

Jim
