Pretty much, just because of the space in the engine bay really. Although when people put a small block Chevy in them it seems a bit of a waste to me

I fucked up the times with that 740! Went onto ebay to bid and it had ended 20mins earlier! Went for £350 in the end :(

edit- I wouldn't weld the diff, I'd like a car I can use happy on the road without killing every pedestrian in the process! My Beetle was bad enough in the wet!
