little update:

seen a set of ronal ls's for sale so will probably have them on soon, anyone interested in my old wheels pm me as i wont be using them. great tread etc, good cheap set of alloys

went and picked these up today, really happy with them defo needs more lows now though!

I just spray loads of WD40 on mine leave it for 30 seconds or so then get a wire brush and brush it loads :)

quick little update,

put some aero wipers on today and gave it a wash will get some pictures when i can.

got a stubby aerial, red strip for the grille and yellow tint for the fogs in the post too :)

next its going lower all round, watch this space!

EDIT: Also had a mishap the other day involving a stone flicking up at 70 and hitting my windscreen, so a new one is in order, more expense :(

Haha yeah I know mate, they're real bad!

yeah yours are slightly worse than mine but from the before and after photos i've seen on here they can really clean up quite well with some wet n dry paper an a bit of elbow grease

Filthy car after the great weather we had

Got back from UD with a bit more motivation to start playing with her a bit more, and also some pressed plates

She had a good clean and polish too, along with my mates passat :)

Then off to asda for a few quick iphone pictures, sorry about the quality!

Opinions on her would be great guys, next on the list is a few interior upgrades, and some performance ones too!

Update!

So this arrived yesterday.

Really good unit, best i've ever used anyway. Only problem being i have no idea how to connect the parking wire up? Don't really want to bypass it, as it doesn't work with just grounding the wire.

In the car;

Also had a new windscreen put in today as my old one was smashed;

Then took her to the eastern europeans for a quick wash;

That's it for now, mot tax and service is coming up but after that i'm looking at new wheels and sorting paint out! i'll leave you with a few more pics, feedback welcome :)
