Can i wire my indicators as running lights or fit sidelights into my indicators on my 6n?

Seen it on a few cars and think it looks ace so i wanted to do it to my 6n but i dont know the first thing about wiring.

Anyone know how and the legalities?

Not that easy as you still need indicators.

No indicators = illegal

having amber marker lights is legal as some production cars in the uk have them as standard.

Easiest option is to fit and wire a second bulb into each indicator.

Cheers ill try that. Got a load of golf headlights lying around, ill nick the bulbholders out of them.

How would I splice the wire easily?

I've used a Honda civic stop and tail light bulb holder 3 wires splice the honda side light to your original and indicator into the stop side of the plug
