1993 Mk3 Polo 50k, bbs's

Featured Replies

Seen a car that i've fallen in love with so this is going up for sale!

Bought this car in April last year from a mate and it was sat there for about two years. It was on 44k, but with no history or anything.

Got the car trailored over to mine, gave it a full service with all genuine parts from VW and it went straight through the MOT.

A week or so later the head gasket went (yay) so I got the head skimmed (receipts to prove) head gasket done, water pump and cambelt.

It could probably do with a service now, but its not desperate. Still running sweet.

Had problems with the idle before so I replaced the complete distributor (including arm & cap) and sorted the timing which sorted the idling problem.

Fitted some 60mm cut springs off of simon on here (probably 70mm) and 60mm rear springs. The original suspension was replaced before I bought it, and i was told it is a Gmax kit.

BBS ra 15" wheels with new Nankang front tyres (165 50) and federal rears which are barely legal. Currently on the steels but ill throw the BBS ra's with the sale as they look awesome.

The bodywork on this car is the reason I bought it, when its clean it looks truly incredible!

The interior looks like it hasnt been sat in, being a genesis its got the full interior.

Have a look at my build thread on here, its got pics of everything i've done!

Price revision, now £900 with all the spares I have. If I dont get that i'll keep it!

Could possibly do a deal without the wheels and just on steels, would basically be standard but with the aftermarket suspension (as I dont have any standard shocks and springs)

£700 without wheels, euro spec rear light etc...
