will a 6n gearbox fit a 1.3 hk block?

as the title really, do they bolt to the block fine? I know they're cable which is no problem! also are the driveshaft cups 90mm on 6n gearboxes? oh and it would be a gearbox from a 1litre or 1.4 polo

They fit yeah, you need to trim an anchorage point off for the cable linkage to make room for the remote ball, the shift rod isn't engineered for the remote and the o/s drive flange is too long, but it's all doable.

I've used various 6n gearboxes in my MK2 for several years.
