As title says really, looking for a cam for said vehicle, heard about using a gt one ,but unsure on this??

you can use gt cam on aav engine, also abd cam, but some people say abd cam is the same as aav cam, and some say it is better. abd is from a mk3 golf 1.4 8v engine

I'll just have to look at what specs the abd and the gt are and see what's biggest!!

Gt is better , I do have an abd one 4 sale tho 20 plus postage

phillj does some fastroad newman cams for the GT/G40 and these will run in yours
