So, had a 306 DTurbo for yonks! didn't wont to see it go until it skipped some timing on the cambelt :/... a friend of mine was selling his 6n2 cheap (@400 you can't complain)... had 109k..alot of history. cambelt done 20k ago and tnt for 10 month!....

Bit Chavvy For me so the modding began!

Got rid of the 5zigen Fireballs and got some G60 steels (Gun metal & baby blue lip!)

Coilovers :) - only dropped her 50 mil or so until they settled...

Spent a good half Saturday cleaning detailing but guess what it started to rain so left it there :/

Two weeks later - Dropped another 20/30mm (isnt clean here :/)

Polo Friends :)

A Friend of mine treated himself to a machine polisher.. only rude not to have a play :p

Still to do:-

-Honey Comb Grill

-LOWER!

-refurb the steels back to silver

-Touch up the body paint

-leather interior eventually!

Mate got a bora and helped him lower it!...shame he doesn't want it low! :(

Finally Bought a GTI grill for £15 (genuine too)!!!!! was bloody chuffed!

Went to a charity car meet in Wigan with a buddy and our Polo's got more attention than the vxr's !

Got my private Reg on and Got the G60's refurbed! :)

Currently dropped slightly more than this for some serious tuck!...waiting for payday so i can get some stretch!!

finally getting there :)... then ill move onto the interior!..

Its has its rough edges but, its not bad for the price I've paid up to now!

Yea its a decent refurb on them for the price!... Better than that kaky blue colour!.... And was well suprised when he told me how much he wanted!... Snapped his hand off!.... Only one he had or i would of bought loads!!!!

Ahh haha!well I'm on the industrial estate, work at Allan Booth Haulage opposite Firwood, not in the polo now so you wont see me about unfortunately. I'll keep an eye out, if you see a burgendy fiesta flash you, no doubt it will be me haha.

What size are your G60s? Really want steels for my 6n2 but dont know if i want 14s or 15s :(

G60s only come in 15"

The rims make this car - not many 6n2s in White either.

they're not banded for sure, and by the looks of it theres no spacers on there either!

Do the G60's fit stright onto the 6n2?

No they wern't banded or spaced. that was winter mode really!.

Little update.

Just went into porsche and picked up a oil cap and expansion tank cap.

Oil cap fits a treat, but the expansion don't the porsche one is too big (i know the people in porsche and were getting it to fit...slowly..)

Excuse the engine bay, still need to get the rocker cover painted :/...

start of april and it started getting busy for the modifying :)

First how low is too low, i have to do this just to jack my car up :(

Cleaning all the arches - painted the calipers hammered blue :) - massive amounts of silcone spray and back to black :)

Just collected the Wheels from F&M Powdercoaters(Preston) , well where do i start?!?!? I'm in love!!!!

there not the colour i wanted but OMG these are so nice!...

as for the quality.... i can't find i blemish or anything not 1!!!! i was worried the centrecaps would be a different colour but there just not!!!.... going to spend this week sealing them and waxing the like no tomorrow!!

for a £175 be far the best value around!... DEFFO RECOMMENDING THEM!

Set about taking the tint off the lights tonight, took alot more effort than i thought!

Also turns out there not all reds just heavily tinted!

After f**king about with turps white spirit, thinners, tint remover. It just didn't wanna move!

After all that using turps and p150 sand paper managed to get this!.... However there not shiny no more very dull, gunna get the laminex on them i think!
