clubpolo is the only forum i actually enjoy being on. I can't stand anywhere else. It seems like all the other forums have a group of very "clicky" members who arent exactly welcoming, and can generally be sarcy motherfuckers.

I mean, we have good banter on here but atleast this forum isnt full of arseholes...

just me who feels this way? I dont even own a polo anymore and I still feel more welcome on here...

Yeah, I am members of lupo, golf, civic forums but I rarely use them,

I feel club polo is really well strung together, easy to use and has a very friendly community. Another thing, there is thousands of users now and there's always a place to find things your after.

i have a feeling your talking about clublupo? there is about 6 of them absoloute dickheads just look at clublupo if you dont believe me and the "rich" guy who got banned from here, hes a right nice person, all hes done is take the piss out of new members ect.. i can say I'm very very happy he is banned from here.

Anyway i haven't owned a polo for a year now! still on here at least 3 times a day haha

Correct Jake. Posted a few times, realised half the members are tossers - rich being one of them. Maybe I don't understand their "banter" but there's half a dozen of people that seem to just enjoy making people feel stupid... Went back to club polo.

I saw Daniel. It's a shame it can't be as good as this but I guess there's not as much Lupo owners as polos ect... We get the occasional numpty but that's it, there isn't banter there at all.... It's just

#Vote rich ect and there just not funny and spamming every thread trying to look big, if I ever see that rich at a show and he's like he is on the Internet then there will be issues. It's a shame Daniel your lupus very nice as well! Just gets overrun by dickheads on there. I have also noticed how they think there above everyone, something that doesn't happen on this forum stick with cp like me bud! There's a good bunch of guys on here (and girls)

I'm surprised that there isn't a specific term for these type of people, you know the insecure types that monitor a forum 24/7 never miss a topic and instantly post something not very nice about someones thread to make them self feel better. Honestly i truly don't have the time for these kind of people and i like that club polo seem to have a mature feel to it. The forum also looks so simple it's easy on the eye, not some graphic intense dark coloured forum, oh yeah and i hate everyone equally too.

i use this place and club g40 but mainly for tech stuff.

cant see the point in being on too many forums.

This forum is well put together. The most professional looking and easy to navigate I think, that's why i stuck with it when I first started using forums. But the place feels like a second home now! As above though glubg40 is awesome for tech, and becuase there are less posts a day, you ussually get a decent reply before its pushed to the bottom of the page. Retrorides is also good for finding rare parts, not just polos.

I used to be a member of corsa-b.co.uk *awaits abuse* wouldn't have said it was a bad forum but people were very condescending and made people feel small for asking for help, also there was very little going on... Barely any threads put up just very slow traffic in general on there.

This place is the one for me even if I go away from polos I recon il still be here, pretty much on here everyday... Physically can't stay away!

Agree this is the best forum I'm on, due to quick detailed response's etc I can be working on the car while getting replies so I can get the job done and not be without a car. Other forums I'm on can take a week to get a response that may not be as helpful...

I must admit this is the most welcoming forum i have joined :)

I find there are too many other forums where you need at least 1000 posts to be noticed. On here from day one, I was given all the advice and infomation i needed, no questions asked and no cocky remarks given.

It really is a great community of enthusiasts and you get the feeling there will always be someone there willing to lend a hand.

Yes we have abit of banter and the occasional dickhead *cough* polomon *cough* but its just the same as having that one friend who gets a little too larey when pissed but you still laugh about it when its all over.

in all honesty, clubpolo is best forum I'm signed up with and i will probably be here for a long time, with or without a polo :)

As posted on another Forum I frequent, which is also extremely friendly.

To be honest, the majority of enthusiast computing forums tend to be pretty friendly, apart from some of the over-clocking ones which tend to just degenerate into willy waving about how cold their chips run at stupid speeds and how crap someones motherboard is. Yawn.
