Brakes are important!

Greenstuff is a nice update from ordenary oems, if you use the car as a daily and the occasional redlight race.

If you are into trackdays then they may be ok, depending on your driving style and the pedal feel you like.

Used them on a Polo Coupe with ap vented discs, no problem the 15000km i had them on.

Also on 6n did approx 20000km on one set of discs and two sets of pads, approx 2000km on track. Was a good allrounder.

Daily on a Passat 35i 1,9tdi, for approx 20000km then sold the car, no issues.

Does have some dust, but metal free :)

Just remember to bed the pads in!

I've got padgid disk's and pads with the 256 vaux brakes.. More than enough although i could do with a bigger master cylinder they work well

I probably just did

I used then with vented dimpled slotted discs and I never got them to overheat. Yes they were dusty but worth every penny.

my vw1s with oem pads at least a year or two old? do the job when its just me in the car, soon as anyone else gets in baking distance lenghtens dramatically..

cant see the attraction to greenstuff really, is it just the name or the 'association' with fast cars? lol

got some vw2s with pagid vented 239s and pagid discs, dot 5.1 and goodridge hoses to put on this week. cost me all of about 50 quid all in.
