I would love to see you get all them g40 items and a stage 3 subframe for £500 especially as the subframe alone is more than £500

And i would just like to add power flex aren't all that especially when I've seen cases of their outer tcas bushes torn in weeks let alone months of use

Well if they do tear or split in a few weeks they be hearing from me mate!!!!

Just seen the two posts before mine!

G40 dabsy that sounds an awesome setup! But way out of my league mate!

Cymro, glad you know where I'm coming from in the above statement:-)

Anyway it be a couple of weeks till I can get this sorted unless they arrive before next wkend? Then il fo it up my parents

Ye, I lived in Dilwyn Street for a few months so know how bad its gone.

I'm in Prince Phillip Hospital for the day (till about 230) on Thursday and Friday If you want a look at the full stage 3 frame setup. Probably the one of the very few (if not the only one) with the setup on this side of the bridge.

The expense does put a lot of people off, but it does make a difference.

Yeah wouldn mind mate, and it be nice to meet you! Give us a tx il send you my number for a time to come and look:-)

^^Grease won't stop them tearing if the bad fit means they are all bent and twisted to begin with. I have a set of those polish ones and after market TCAs. I can't say I'm all that impressed with the fit betweent the two and there seems to be a bit of play. We'll see how they last

Seems to be a lot of play where?!

I had the polish Inner bushes and aftermarket tcas and I couldn't fault them Si and I ran g lader outers which are 100 times better than poly or standard items

Had my bushes arrive today, look real nice quality apart from the washers which were mentioned above! Can't believe how thin they are? Iv tried uploading a pic but my photo bucket crashed! The photo shows the new washer being thinner than a bloody skinny 5p coin!! Iv sent Powerflex an Email complaining about the thickness of the shitty washers!!

You can see how thin the new ones supplied are??

Seems to be a lot of play where?!

The outers just weren't as tight as I'd have liked. I tried them in an original TCA and the fit was better, so I'm thinking the TCAs are at fault

The washers are only to replace the VW ones, i don't see it's really Powerflex's job to replace them anyway, unless they're gonna replace the bolts too..?

And the original VW ones were no thicker!

Gotta say too, they're different than mine (pics of mine in an earlier post in this topic). Are they the inners? My inners are one-piece, it seems they've changed the design. Good thing given the problems i reported.

*Goes and does some research*

Oops! Mine are Superflex, not Powerflex! :retard:

I'm just going, over here for a bit..

I haven mentioned bolts? its the washers either side of the bush for the antiroll bar? I wouldn use the ones they supply for any kind of MAIN suspension mount?? I replace suspension on accident damaged cars every day and have never used such thin washers?

Powerflex have replied to me saying they have never heard of any failure with washers?? and been selling them for years with no problems?

i dont mind i found some washers in work i can use, But thought it wouldn do any harm in them addressing this problem and using some thicker washers in the future??

But they want a link to people saying they have had problems with them and causing damage????

Iv seen a few people on here with pics showing there wheel gone through there front wing when a washer has failed?

any ideas with anyone??

I'm just going, over here for a bit..
