Good efford lad!

I had a pretty similar break to that on the BMX a couple of years back, still hurts now in cold weather :/

I shattered my heel bone in August, one of the thickest bones surely, defied doctors by being on crutches for only two months but it's still giving me problems and it'll never be right.

I'm back cycling though i've gotta keep to road, but i'm concerned about the running. I've lost a lot of my fitness and won't be town hopping or x-trail for the foreseeable. Football isn't even worth thinking about.

Bad times but you've just gotta look after it and let it heal properly, to reduce long term implications.

I don't have a copy of the x-ray, might ask for one.. Foot was black. Tried messing about with the light but couldn't get a good photo..

ooooh you bastard! going for the hero clearance? bet that stings abit? I've only ever put a hairline fracture in my thighbone which healed quick but i was real young.

best wishes in your recovery ;)

Ahh! :( I fractured my shoulder bone in football going up for a header, believe it or not i didnt feel any pain until i took a throw in about 30 seconds later! haha Still doesn't feel right though and this happened a couple of years ago
