Bought a mk2 vacuum advance distributor off him a month or so back, never got anything.

Tryed contacting him for the best part of 3 weeks, with no reply, the messages had been read etc, and his account was still active.

So messaged him explaining if he doesn't refund the money, i'll post up one of these threads etc and that would hopefully have an effect on the sale of his corrado,

Got a message back straight away, telling me he was sorry etc, and that he would send me another dizzy (clearly hadn't sent it in the first place) - If i was to give him my address etc

Didn't want to do that. I either wanted the money or to stop him selling anything on here. He explained i could have the money ASAP, haven't had anything since, so here we are.

The guys a con man, I bought a Golf Elbow off him back in October last year costing £15. We were exchanging messages for around a month or two, him saying 'I'm sending it threw my dads courier business' which I thought I wasn't pleased with to start with (whats wrong with Royal Mail? The item was small enough!!) as each week rolled by I kept messaging him and I got the same old crap 'I'll look into it' well it got to the point where I knew it was never gonna turn up and I lost my rag and sent him a rather unpleasnt message. Save to say I never heard from him after that and the Elbow never turned up and I don't think he had any intentions of sending it!

To back up the fact the guy is a scamming idiot, about 5 people commented on one of his for sale threads on Polo3 saying that there parts hadn't turned up! I believe he got band from trading on there sortly after that due many complaints.

Had a brief dealing with him when I was looking for a gearbox. He said he had one, so I sent him a couple of PMs, which he read, then proceeded to ignore them.

I wasn't bothered as it saved me a journey to pick a gearbox up, but struck me as an odd way of doing business .

Granted I can be a bit lax in gettingback to people, but I do eventually get back to them!

Some people are nice people and you get on with them fine but they still murder and rape people for their own enjoyment/kicks.

What I mean is, just because you know him and he's sound doesn't mean he's not a scammer lol.

Granted I know the guy personally but am pretty sure he doesn't do it on purpose, he's currently still working two jobs, one of which is nightclub event promoter/organiser, he's also pretty forgetful, its easier to deal with him in person rather than online, am currently doing go between to try and resolve this

Regardless of how 'sound' this bloke is, he's taken money and not given the goods. He's also strung people along for ages, reports of months at a time. He's done it on/to more than one occasion/person and it's not acceptable to have people freely trading like this knowingly.
