Basically after a G40 cam cover with the boost return pipes cut off and welded up or one that's like that anyway (rare?)

I've seen one in this country (Kiz) and one on a german (?) car. So pretty rare!

I have a G40 cam cover if you want to have a go yourself/get someone to do it for you. A while ago Kiz said he's do one for me on an exchange basis. But I'm not saying that offer still stands

i dont think its a case of them being rare, i think you have to machine the boost return pipes off and weld it up yourself no?

I'm sure someone has what i want, infact I'm sure you had one simon

its not rare just get hold of a g40 rocherbox a get a engnearing shop to cut weld up the bost return

or jsut get one of the alloy rockerbox off the early mk2 polo

or alloy one of the mk4 6n polo

or a steal one and block up the breather

I thought there were a few production ones which were just like g40 but as iv said modded, but that's how they were standard.

I don't want to get an ENGINEERING shop to do it, I could do myself, but I'd have asked for a normal g40 or PY cover then.

I have several 6n ones, but I want one of these, hence the wanted advert.

Its a aftermarket cover, i think its a US brand.

he wants a g40 rockerbox with blanked off bost return holes in it

or maybe one of these its not a g40 rocker box its a early polo alloy one

theres one forsale on this site for £40

this square one is quite nice shame its german ebay onley

thats just a G40 item with the holes welded up. becoming more common now. just get a g40 one and weld the holes up. if i had the spare time i would make them myself but it takes ages to finish them as the sanding back, rewelding, sanding back is a ball ache and takes time to do it properly. the standard castings can be nice like mine and require not much work- or the 2 others I've done which took the piss with how porasic the castings were
