Will these Alleycats fit my Mk3 Polo Genesis?

Featured Replies

I'm looking at a set of Alleycat 7x13"s on the internet and apparently the offset is -7?

Now I know Alleycats are 101.7x4 so I need some wobble bolts, but I've never really understood offset to be frank. Will these stick out of the arches or scrub the inside of my arches? Do I need spacers?

Be fine on the back, stick out stupid on the front.

The fronts will be your main problem buddy they will stick out the arch around 2 inches this being illegal. No spacers needed as far as I'm aware but the police will pull you a lot if you don't do anything to the arches

I take it if i got arches those wouldn't help? Just trying to get my research!

It's my first polo and my first car so all advice is welcome.

Thanks guys

If I were you I'd steer well clear of mini wheels all together mate that's being 4x101.6 the offsets just aren't polo friendly

it will be fine on the front if you get hold os some arches for the front that stick out atleast 2in

try google wide arches for polo

or wide arched polo

or wide arch kit polo or something like that
