whats not safe?

just being stupid. I can't use them with these tyres anyway but I'll chuck them on when I can justify the 40 quid to change over my current ones.

The spigots holding the wheels on my old Ibiza were plastic. Aircraft grade, obviously. :smirk:

Yeah

A quick one on the subject of allycats to save me starting a new thread.

Basically the bolt holes in my new wheels are tapered and my bolts are all radious head ones. Does it really matter? I'm driving with them in anyway and keep checking that they are tight but does anyone know? Obviously the point of contact to the wheel is a lot smaller than if they were tapered but they are tight. Thought if ask before I spend money on more bolts.... Silly question just want piece of mind

strictly speaking matt you should use tapered bolts as one the radius bolts could work loose and two it makes them prone to snapping off as the wheel is able to move slightly under load therefore they could heat up i have a set down my garage with locking bolts as well if you want some fella

Really would I be able to get them mate what do you want for them cheers!
