need all torque specs for the engine everything from head bolts to the con rods and crank shaft.

I use the MK4 Golf Haynes manual, the 1.6 dohc 16v engine in that is basically the same engine just without the VVT system which doesn't affect what you need.

Try http://UK-MK4s.net or something like that, must be a manual you can download from there or somewhere.
