Ended up being a tit and crashing the mrs lupo so her polo needed to be running, chucked the 1lt back in and now selling the bits off the engine she has.

ALL THE PARTS ARE NOW IN SHEFFIELD S89DD

1992 Polo G40 full engine, ancillaries and gearbox with 86k taken from front impact damaged car. Its been sat a while but it turns freely and has been under cover.

Motor is a PY

Stainless manifold (unknown origin but is G40 bore)

BMW 320d intercooler

G60 Intercooler

G40 wiring loom

Remote oil cooler..but lines have been crushed!! New lines are around 40 quid to be made up.

R1 spec charger

G40 gearbox.

Charger has a hole in the front the boost return side. Got this checked by PeteG40 a while back internals are fine just needs a matching side casing which I will provide but it needs porting (an hours work from jabba £60)

G40 bottom end - 200

G60 injectors - 80

G40 Loom - 80 or 100 with G40 interior loom

G40 R1 Charger with spare casing and 65mm vbelt pulley - 200

G40 Stainless manifold - 100

G40 ecu - 100 (chip to suit all other mods can be supplied for extra cost)

G40 gearbox - 250

All the other bits for the conversion are there too

Going up there on sunday people if anyone wants to come and have a browse, this engine has all the mods for around 150-160 bhp .

There is enough interest to split the thing now so get your pms in and I can take deposits for the collection items and get the rest in the post monday morning
