At 17 on my first car, 1.3 CL Hatchback, my policy was £1100

Few months later, when switched to my GT, it jumped to £1300

surely you have to have someone who has been driving 3 years with u at all times??

would rather pay £110 a month to drive to school for 1 hour a day plus any other driving that have to pay £20 an hour with an instructor.

My premium will fall when I pass and then again when I get pass plus.

my renewl for next year will be 660 quid ( hoping i pass get pass-plus and dont claim)

i see, well I'm just gonna go with the old fashioned instructor for now cause that way you just have to follow what he says until u pass you are test.

drivings easy enough anyway, he says I'm a natural lol and I've only ever driven with him, never with my parents or anything.

i think mopeds help because by riding one i gained road awareness and experience, when it comes to driving you just have to remember all the controls.

but yeah, testing in july i hope, unless i do the rest of my lessons over a crash course.

and btw giorgio - you got to be insured for a year on you are provisional before it goes down, or if u pass within the year will you are premium go down??
