Reluctantly putting my 'loon up for sale as the me and the Mrs have decided to get something a bit more modern and something that she can easily drive as she wants to take her driving test soon.

1.3 MH Engine with 600cc Fazer bike carbs

Mileage is 72,001- will continue to rise as I use it daily

MOT till 09 August 2013 - No advisories

Tax till end of April 2013

I have a folder full of receipts for work done including the original receipt for the purchase of the car!

At some point it has had a full outer respray

The car has been maintained at Norwich Autocare and in the last year of ownership has had the following,

- Brand new battery

- New Rear shock absorbers

- New wheel cylinders

- Handbreak tightened

- New rotor arm

- New gear linkage

- New middle section of exhaust - there is a slight blow as due to car being low it caught on something

- It also had the carb flange replaced but the Pierburg carb has now been replaced with 600cc Fazer bike carbs

- For the MOT it had both the inner and outer sills welded, again done at Norwich Autocare so the car is now solid

Recently had a full service

Bad bits

- Apart from the odd car park ding and scratch,

- Where she had the welding done and was repainted, the paint has reacted with an over spill of petrol from filling up, for some reason the hose doesn't click of when the petrol tank is full! - I will get a picture of this

- At the moment she doesn't like cold starts but this is because I dont have a choke cable connected to the carbs yet, I should be getting this done at some point soon.

- I just hold open the choke on the carbs and start the car over and she will start first time using this technique!

- Due to the bike carbs not being tuned yet the car does bog down in the low range/mid range revs but is fine other than this

- Currently no VW badge on the front as it fell off but hoping to get this replaced

Since the bike conversion I have done about 1000 miles without a problem
