Too big and you've got it all sloshing about. And the 7L one is ugly man, at least the 4L one is nice and square and fits over the inner wing.

If I was gonna go huge I'd put another underneath it between the wheel and front panel (like where the charcoal canister is but the passenger side), and run a link pipe from one to another. The pipe would only need to be tiny, like 3mm ID.

But whilst I needed big capacity in the winter when I commuted to London everyday in a Vito, and could use a couple of litres in one day, the 4L one is gonna be more than enough for the job these days (despite the trips I make to far Devon every few weeks).

Imagine the one you could get in a Capri!

Anyway, mines 4 litres currently, I check it weekly and iv used like 1.5 litres in about a month, so no biggy having a smaller one, won't be using the car in shit weather anyway

For those thinking of stashing it in the inner wing in lieu of the charcoal canister, I saw a late version bubble Micra in a breakers today - looks perfect.

Mine is in where the charcoal canister used to be, even mounted in the bracket! Handy

I'm sure if wanted you could do a neater job than I did and Hide the lines and pump.

Its a pint or 500ml tank. plenty.

I don't run shit sheilds, so put steering on lock and can get in there. Best thing would be to have a neck come up into the bay ( like on most modern cars).

dont think my corsa C bottle will fit as its just a bit to tall, the nova ones are 1.5l and fit well
