I know I wasn't, but I have recommended them to people with problems and been ignored. Then they have eventually decided to and resolved issues. On more than one occasion, on and off forums.

You'll notice I won't respond to things I don't know rather than guessing shit and giving bad advice, if I know the answer or a way to help I will, after all I work with cars, and have been brought up around them, seeing my dad had his own business I spent a lot of my childhood at his workshop, so at least a lot of advice speaks from experience not what I have read or been told by a random source.
