Technically it is.

It's a GT with fuel injection

the ad title says polo gti 1989......... then if you read the description it says 1990

the guy should re-think his ad

and the car is quite possibly neither, unless registered in late 1990

Either way looks quite nice

So it's a 1990 GT with mpi.

VW acknowledged this technically made it a GTi but continued to call the EFi version a GT, as per carb version before it, because they didn't want to affect Golf sales.

But it says GT on the logbook, and if it said Camp Edition on the logbook then it'd be a bloody Camp Edition and not whatever the seller thinks it should be!
