because the spring will always settle in to the correct place, where as chopped springs may come out of the cups?

in my head its safer :S

i would love some new springs but they wont match my shock rates and dont have a clue where to get any made/ buy?!

Shock rates lol, like the shock rates are correct anyway, they'll be a happy medium.

I'm sure if you ask PhilJ nicely he'll tell you the front spring rates.

Do you even have any suspension travel?

What's the point in declaring all your modifications when you're running chopped springs? Pointless.

a little :S

Even if i know the spring rates how would i know how ling the spring would need to be or whatever, dont have a clue how it works :S

Well technically you can't do it properly cause I assume you've taken the helpers out anyway?

That's Feckin Beautiful. Really Shines!

Looks really nice. But please get that tail gate sorted. All the filler seems to have 'sank'. Would really make this car A-listed

well I'm saving to have bits resprayed, i plan on smoothing side indicators, sorting a slight burn through on roof, burns on bonnet lines, smooth boot properly, and then it should be puckka however, there has been a slight miss lead as you will hopefully find out which is more important that the bits of spraying :D

more fun too ;)

just poke the filler through and clip the badges back on for now?! will look 10x better

and that engine best be going in!

g40 yoooo!

you can see where this is going...

  • Author

the G40 is lysholm charged and is extremely loud, I've been offered a stage 4 jabba spot fresh rebuilt R1 glader charger, toothed pullies, chip, boost pipes etc to make it run with some cash on top, Iove the sound they make however I'm worried about the reliability as the lysholm is bullet proof!

what do you guys think as I'm not very knowledgeable about g40's!

thanks
