Fair play to the farmer!!

The Police have said they don’t want to get involved as they can’t prove that the farmer acted maliciously.

thats shocking, so what the police saying, it's ok to lift a car off the side of the road, in the process destroying it and then taking it home is not a crime. :retard:

in my eyes thats criminal damage and theft.

   EPICCC! Police, wtf are they good for tbh like lol.
Mr Neal is currently waiting for news from his insurers

Why should he? The damage was inflicted on purpose by another party. The farmer should be paying for it.

"within his rights"

Not very bright this farmer.

USELESS FUCKING nice people. What the fuck. How about the holes in the car and that it was found ON HIS FUCKING LAND. The farmer practically admitted to doing it!

The farmers comment that if it were a Bentley he'd probably leave it :retard: More likely he realised that a Bentley owner would have the money to sue him for damages and the Citroen owner would'nt.

What a idiot that farmer is. Car owner should sue. Its definately a write off.

"The Police have said they don’t want to get involved as they can’t prove that the farmer acted maliciously."

What about the two massive fucking holes in the side of it? Honestly officer, that forklift in the corner has nothing to do with it.

And the farmer said he is owed £250 from the driver! ahahahahhaa.

Is it not "technically" the farmers land though, so nothing can be proved?

I'm not gonna lie though, I think the C2 is a reaaallyy sexy wee hatch.

That farmer was obviously molested as a child, what a prick

He's a farmer, what'd you expect?

I had an issue with one the other week, not being molested though.

Me and a mate Google map'd a road to see where it would go, had to use Satelite because it wasn't a road as such.

Drove past his house, they all looked out, continued on our way. Drove for 5 mins, and a car comes screaming towards us. Land Rover. I pull over so we can both get past. Drives at us. Stops an inch from my bumper.

Gets out, says I'm trying to steal his diesel, an argument starts, I said we're just curious because we believe this road takes us to "...", he says I'm a liar.

I asked if he'd prefer I would have knocked on his door first to ask if it was okay to drive past his house. Says I'm a comedian, says he's got shit in his landrover that I wouldn't want to know about. I said that's cool, I don't want to know about it.

Says I've to leave the premises, I said you're blocking my way, he gets angry.

They're all wanks.

What a bell end. you should go back tonight and steal his diesel, that'll really annoy him

I have no use for it, I drive a petrol.

Such bellends, there was no need. I explained that we were just going for a drive for something to do, it was late at night and we had nothing to do. Tried to reason with him saying that I understand where you're coming from, but I live 2 miles down the road (after him telling me "THIS IS THE COUNTRYSIDE PAL". Yes, I'm fully aware of that, that's why I'm here.

Such a shame about the car though, I'd be chasing him for as much as I can. Surely though, if it was in the ditch - the ditch is still council property. I'd be after him with the biggest pitch fork I could find. Probably forklift sized.

THAT'S STRAIGHT?!

Here is where the accident happened. If you open the first Google maps link I posted, zoom out and look North West you will see a road with two 90° turns, it's the farthest west corner.

That's not too far from me hmmmm what fun could I have ;)

Got any cars with no number plates and no VIN number you don't mind loosing? Maybe you could have a similar "accident"

Someone should drive a tank through the bastard fence and leave it in the field

Amazed at the Police reaction more than anything. Can't prove that he acted maliciously...er apart from by his own admission you mean? Jeebus christ monkeyballs plod, i'd be going straight to the IPCC.

That, and the car is now on his property?

Quite

id burn his cars and any other vehicles!

30 miles away, might go a little detour on my next random drive and kick his fence down for him
