This is my 61 beetle, I brought this from my stepdad about a year ago. I don't yet drive it as cannot get insured

It was repainted 26 years ago but never put back together. Was rebuilt by Volksworld Mag back in 2004 then my stepdad got it.

It is lowered with a 2" narrowed beam with drop spindles and has Gaz shocks all round, has a CSP front disc brakes.

It has a 1641cc engine with ported heads, ratio rockers with a big cam and a pair of Weber 40's. Also has a rancho gearbox.

Looks awesome mate I would love to own one some day. Shame about insurance hope you get some soon
