That's the only logical explanation I can think of other than they just rang it for the show but I can't see why the production team would risk doing that when they could just use a reg from a road legal quad, or even from this quad if it was road legal

I checked it when that picture was uploaded I mean so probably the evening or next day after it was taken.

So maybe it's a plate that was on the Tranny, the plate then being legitimately transferred onto the Quad, and the details not being updated by the DVLA yet?
