Where if you change lanes it can't tell so speed doesn't matter in average speed areas (where cameras monitor you over a distance between each one and work out how fast you go)

i always thought that was a load of shite anyway.

How is it a Hoax?

I thought it was common knowledge that it didn't work. They work on the ANPR principle if it can see your plate then its got you.

One thing I noticed on the links you posted is they say the camera takes digital photographs.

I didn't think these stood up in court as they are too easily modified?

Might have been changed by now though.

Average speed cameras are digital as are some gatsos, so I'm sure it's been changed.

I HATE speed cameras :)
