This is my Brothers car which is now living in my garage. He doesnt use it anymore so it needs to go.

Model: VW Golf GTI Mk2 converted to 1.8 20v Turbo

Year: 1990 (G)

Mileage: Cars mileage is 127,372. Engine mileage is unknown as it was supplied and fitted by M.V Developments.

Tax: SORN'd but I can tax the car at the buyers expense ready for them to drive it home.

MOT: Currently no MOT however I will MOT the car for 12 months before it is collected by the new owner.

My Brother bought this a few years ago when it had a G60 engine. On the way home from collecting the car the engine lunched itself so my Brother eventually found the money to have a 20v Turbo conversion done. He had this done by M.V Developments ( My link ) at a cost of over £4000 . The car will come with the invoice from M.V Developments for the conversion. I have listed below everything this Golf has had done to it. I believe it was once a show car so a lot of money has been spent on it during its life. The car is still in excellent condition for its age with only a small patch of rust on the tailgate and a small dent (the size of a 5p) on the N/S/R quarter panel. Apart from that it has no other rust or damage.

Engine & exhaust

1.8 litre 20v turbo - AGU (150bhp). Fitted by MV Developments at a cost of over £4000!

This car is great fun car to drive, it has plenty of power and can easily be mapped to have a lot more. It handles like its on rails too. We have just replaced the brake master cylinder as the seals had started to perish in the old one.
