You can pick up adapters off the shelf. Probably the easiest option.

Passat B4 5x100 drums are common in breakers for the back, but i'm not so sure about the front. The MK3 5x100 Golf hubs look the same as the 6n valver hubs, so the Golf hubs should swap. In that case the far more common 5x100 MK4 Golf hubs should fit. And Golf4 rear discs may do if you want to mess about with cables.

That's a theoretical conversion but i haven't done it myself, i wouldn't be surprised if there are problems knowing how VW change things.

not really fair to guess at some things incase the original poster then buys parts which dont fit. the mk4 golf rear disc setup is very different to other 5x100 rear discs you can use and wont fit. corrado VR6 5x100 rear discs will fit along with parts from the 6n2 GTI.

the front hubs will also be different- and i doubt any will fit straight off the shelf. I've seen people weld and redrill the front hubs and i assume that was due to the lack of parts which were a straight fit as its a lot of work to do for it.

Only reason I want to convert is I prefer the look of 5 o 5 adaptors to 4 to 5. The crossover bolt looks dodgy
