How do you remove the main xenon bulb? One turns on and one does. So going to swap the bulbs around to see if its the bulbs or ballasts.

Also the sidelights and high beams have crappy yellow bulbs. Want to swap them out for something nice and white.

What fittings are they?

It's a bumper off job mate, the lights need to come out, it's a pest.

Lights out, and get them onto a bench, they're easier to work on. Remove the back cap (the black bit, three posi screws). On the dipped beam, there's a black screw cap, unscrews obviously (but it's only like half a turn).

Remove, and the bulb comes out, usual shit applies, don't touch it, etc.

The sidelights are just pressed in, if you've got really strong hands you'll get it, otherwise, a pair of pliers and a little wiggle.

Full are the usual spring clip.

D2S for dipped

H1 for full

501 for sidelights

Saying that, I got a set of D2S bulbs from The Retrofit Company in America - rapid delivery and the bulb quality is very very good, good beam pattern, can't really rate them enough.

Was expensive mind, but cheaper than OEM, or a Philips alternative.

That was a doddle. Dunno why I thought it would be harder than normal headlights.

Best get some bulbs ordered. Cheers.
