I want another MK3 Coupe, ideally GT but not fussed really.

Had one before and haven't had a car that was as much fun since (even going back to French hatches for a bit).

Been looking everywhere for while now but no luck yet.

Willing to pay a tidy sum for the right one.

he bud I'm in south wales and i may have a 1.0 coupe that could be up for sale when I'm finished working on it :)

the engine has have a bit of a rebuild:

new head

head gasket set

new thermostat

new oil filter

cooling system flush

new air filter

painted block

sump taken off and cleaned

new water pump

new timing belt

new bosch super 3 spark plugs

new tensioner

6n rocker cover

new parts coming:

front disc's and pads

5 speed gearbox (get a bit more munch out of a 1.0)

parts already on the car when i had it:

lowering springs front coilies on the back

vr6 splitter

spare exhaust

badge-less grill

most of this work is done just need to clean her up and maybe put some back seats in her

the paint work is ok but a little scruffy
