They're very, very close, the main difference is the curve of the rear arch, but the bit of the arch that's included in the sill is barely any different.

Nice one, do you know of any suppliers for the coupe arch?

No one does the coupe arches anymore i dont think :( Good to know the sills should fit though, need a section for mine, as i'm not happy with a previous repair.

According to VW Heritage they only stock the one sill for both models so I hope its the same!

How about the rear valance?

rear valance I'm sure is different as i fitted a coupe one to my bready as thats all i could get hold of at the time and it was definately different to the rusty one i cut off my bready

got any pics pete? I assume that means you can't get bready ones? I need a coupe one and don't want to shell out for the wrong one!

there is no difference fitting wise mate its just the indent is bigger i believe

and pics if there is any would be in my build thread near the very beginning but i doubt it tbh

Is that the right part? I don't remember it having a cutout for the exhaust?

i dont recognise the part in that link either Si and jim your looking for the rear lower valance arent you

My new full length sills are turning up tomorrow and will also be getting a rear valnce too soon when i can afford it bloody cars going to have mainly new panels put on it lol

But mine definately needs the sills doing near the rear arch as they are rusted through so i may as well replace the whole sill on both sides get rid of any hidden rust too

I'm wondering if this is the panel that goes behind the valance. I can't visualise where it goes! I've knocked him down on price but it doesn't look like its actually any use.

Yeh il be getting a new valance more for the bit where it wraps around and meets the arches as I'm putting new arches on

And I thought that bit was excessively priced and I can't honesty see where it goes on mine and I've got half of mine chopped out so it would be easier for me to see where it goes but I can't :/
