Yes mate they will fit your Caddy. I was going to mod the rev counter so it would work with my diesel engine in my old caddy but I have sold it.

They fit and plug in 100% the same. If the rev counter doesn't move when you fit them you will need to run a wire from the coil to the back of the clocks. That said I haven't had to when fitting rev counter clocks into petrol mk1 and 2 Golf's yet, They always seem to already have it.

Also you can buy the LCD units on ebay

I've never looked to be honest. I've taken them from clocks with faulty speedos etc in the past. Dead easy to strip and replace.
