According DVLA it looks like it's on SORN at the moment.

Can you put me in contact with the owner?

I used to own this car back in 1990/91

hi mate if u ring dvla and ask for last known keeper or go to the office they will provide u with it mate or ask a friendly copper to do a check :)

They won't just give you it; you have to fill out a V888 form and send it to the DVLA.
