KTM EXC 125 2004 - Road Legal

Featured Replies

Hi,

Really Really do not want to do this but ned to free up some cash and it just doesn't get used for its purpose.......

For sale I have my KTM EXC 125 road legal motorbike. I have owned this bike since November 2008 and it had covered 350 miles (8hours use) when I bought it.

This is an EXC and came out the factory road registered (Not been registered since!).

Mileage - 3,591

Hours of use - 124.40

Registered in 2004

MOT - 30th May 2013

TAX - 30th April 2013

Since owning the bike I have covered just over 3,000 miles and the bike has been rebuild twice as below:

1st time - Receipt for £252.31 from Premier bikes (KTM Specialist) which included - brand new piston, gasket set, spark plug, gearbox oil, ht lead etc. and the labour from Premier bikes.

2nd time - Receipt for £191.00 from Premier bikes (KTM Specialist) Unfortunately I only have a till receipt which is very faded, you can still make it out states 'Premier bikes' and also the total amount. This time I done the work myself and replaced the piston, gasket set, spark plug, ht lead, gearbox oil, chain and sprockets.

After both rebuilds the bike was then ran back in very slowly and runs like a dream.

Good Points:

- It's light, nimble and can wipe the floor with the 400's, 525's etc through an enduro track (If you know how to ride!) so don't be worried it's only a 125.

- I have been the main owner of this bike for the last 5 years and have covered pretty much all the mileage on it

- I have all the original brochures and KTM file that the bike came with out the factory

- Comes with 1 Steering Lock key (These are rare to find a bike which still comes with this!)

Bad Points:

- Scuffs etc on some of the plastics (Not major)

- Hand Guards are scraped (Badly) but that is what they are for!

- Engine casings could do with being re-powdercoated.

Reason for Sale - I literally never get a chance to use the bike and none of my mates have bikes so can't go to Enduro's/Tracks with them. Also I need to free up some cash to finish my project car (In readers rides)

I will seriously miss this bike :(

PRICE - £1,700 ONO

Location - High Wycombe HP10

Any questions give me a call or text - 07506 four four three 445

Thanks

Harry
