Xenon Headlights - got a fine last night

if you start contesting things then they will make sure they find something which sticks next time. I'm all for contesting anything if there is any shred of doubt in it, but if think about it- you are asking for it next time they pull you. Have you ever watched road wars or traffic cops on the TV? on nearly every episode they pull someone over who is known to them, the same haunts and all that- next time you get pulled for HIDs having contested it they will LOOK for something else to do you with- its on the telly for us all to see! cant be naive and say it doesnt happen!
