The tax is up on my mk3, and because i have no place to keep it, it just sitting outside my house

I dont have the log book, the stupid fucking bint didnt send off the details to the DVLA so i have to pay 20 fucking quid to get the log book back

Thing is, I'm doing the engine swap very soon, so theres no point sending it off for the 1.0 just to send it back to be swaps to the GT details

Is there any other way i can tax the car without the log book?

You dont need the log book to renew your tax, you only need to show that if you are re taxing after declaring SORN.

All you need is insurance, MOT and renewal letter.

I wont have a renewal letter, because i dont have the log book, so its still under the girls name
