Well I have a 6n2 vw polo and I want to put a gti spoiler on the back but how is it connected? Just bolt on? Am I going to have to drill some holes in my boot lid?

I wouldn't, I used that and shit still came loose, I would still bolt it or go look for a boot with one from factory, scrapy and on here :)

You must have used it wrong. If you don't clean the area you are putting it on of all contaminants it will come off. If you apply it correctly it won't come off in a hurry.
