This is my little breadvan (betsy). I bought her at the end of 2011 with chopped springs and just looking and handling a bit worse for wear. In the time iv had her iv fitted coilovers, almost a full respray, got the roof chequered, induction kit, custom stainless steel exhaust, 2 petrol tanks (after a small bump in the road made it 'fall' out), pressed plates, yellow fog lights, front splitter, polished the wheels up, slammed a tone of camber on the rear wheels and a lot lot more. Oh ye and about 5 new sets of tyres....
I bought the car for my first car just for a cheep run around for a year or so but very quickly realised she had so potential. I was thinking about ratting her up but saw there are so many ratted breadys about so I just slowly turnt her into a 'show car'.
So now over £3500 later I have a much loved Vw polo bready!

over the last few months a bit to much money has goneinto the old girl such at gt engine, poloace chip, 421 manifold, k&n panel filter, brembo pads/disks, g40 calipers, new lows, 6n 16v uprated injectors, dewegded throttle body.

the work started again at 11:00 on the saturday (after a big macydees)

we got the engine in at about 2-3:00 after cutting andchopping the loom to make it fit.

by 4:00 is was all together and just needed oil and water

by 7:00nit was running but still wasvery lumpy

. after starting at 12:00 on sunday it was time to get the drive shafts and the linkage done up. i went for the first ever test drive with a huge smile at half 5, we adjusted the clutch and the linkage and set off for the local meet. by 7:00 i made it to newport on one piece after suprising everyone how quick we managed it! such a long and stressfull weekend but was all worth it!!

Absolutely love this car, wish the colour of my coupe came up this well. Quick question, how many degrees of camber have you got on the back?
