With the inner barrel out of the way I flatted the centre and began de-curbing and polishing the outer rim.

With the outer lips done, the centres painted "Ford Rosso Red" - all 3 pieces were reunited. Viola!

End result looks awesome, what will you be sticking these on?

Cheers guys Outer lips were hand sanded from 80 grit to 2000 then metal-polished. Won't be seeing the road under my owership though, just doing these up to sell on!
