Vauxhall alloys fit vw?

Featured Replies

Hi guys I'm getting some bbs alloys from a vauxhall corsa with the same stud pattern as my polo. But can't work out whether the centre bore holes the same and the offset will allow it.

Could someone shed some light as to whether their fit.

Thanks

I've got some compomotives from a vauxhall, the offset is 39, I use 20mm spacers all round!

The centre bore hole is the same on mine.

Being bbs's they might fit your car better.

You got a link to a advert?

I have some corsa 3 spokes. You have to use spacers on a MK2/3 polo, but not sure on a 6n. Vauxhall centre bore is different so will need to get them bored out. VW is 57.1 and vauxhall is 56.6. So less than 1mm difference, and could be done carefully with a dremel.

Jogged my memory! So long ago I'd forgot! I dremmeled mine!

Had a bit of trouble getting on the forum but thanks for the help guys

Wanted a set of compomotives myself as I aint seen many polos with them but I went for these as they were a bargain - BBS Alloys link

Il have to measure the borehole but i recon now a spigot ring should do the job? Just incase is it expensive to get them drilled out?

Spigots rings only work if the bore of the wheel is larger than the hub, which in your case is the opposite.

Can be done with a dremel or at a local engineering shop. I would do it for you if you was closer.
