Just wondering if anyone (Mattloaf? ) has any pictures of a mk2 wearing kamei skirts? I'm after one without the rest of the X1 kit on, and body coloured if possible. I know Leggy's only has the skirts, but they are painted black and phil J had a car with body coloured skirts, but with a zender front bumper. And I've found loads of the original X1, but it has silly arch fillets and the rest of the kit too. Just wondering what it's going to look like :-)

So if anyone has any photos, that would be cool. Failing that, I can either get a picture of my car with primer coloured skirts on and someone photoshop, or provide a picture of leggys coupe and colour the skirts body coloured. I'm shite at photoshop, or else would have a go myself (i dont even own it anymore!)

Matt, that is a shocking effort it has both non-standard bumpers and they're not colour coded. E for effort!

It did jon, but it has a zender front bumper too, so I can't get a proper feel for the look. I should just be patient and wait until i'v painted them. I know they'll look good!

I have yeah. I remember the car from back in the day too. I chatted to the lad for a good while. I bought some derby lights from him before Xmas and he said he had the skirts. I told him there and then I'd have them when he dug them out. Had some tasty, rare parts on. He's now builinding a beetle from the ground up (and I mean ground up) in his single garage! Mental.
